Outlook 07 Background Images : Back to the dark ages!

So Outlook 07 may have taken 4 steps forward in years but when it comes to background images its definitely taken 10 steps back! For some reason Outlook 07 ignores both the background property and background css, but alas there is a god and a handy fix to come to our rescue.
