So Outlook 07 may have taken 4 steps forward in years but when it comes to background images its definitely taken 10 steps back! For some reason Outlook 07 ignores both the background property and background css, but alas there is a god and a handy fix to come to our rescue. So next time your building your email campaigns simply copy and paste the code from the tutorial below and watch as your images appear before your eyes!
